800s: 2:28, 2:28, 2:26, 2:26, 2;24, 2:24. This workout was actually kind of hard for me. Maybe it was cause it was windy? Or I was just tired from getting up early. I also will say it doesn't help me to expect a workout to be "easy" because then when it starts hurting I get more frustrated about it. It helps me if I just expect it to hurt a lot no matter what. Then if it does I'm ready and if it doesn't it's just a "bonus" I guess. It was a good workout though.
