The last 2 or 3 miles were quicker but it felt good. Today's run was a good reminder that I am in good shape and I just need to make sure I am eating and drinking right so my stomach and energy is feeling good when it's time to run. My thighs were pretty sore again today but I rolled them out good after the run. As of Sunday as I am typing this they feel pretty good and I think my legs are just reaccustoming themselves to the 60 mile weeks.
