I felt good on this run as well. Early morning and legs were good.

Thighs were sore today. But a good run. I never bring my watch on distance runs anymore and its getting very easy to to just stay in the moment which I think is helping my mental game.

I was planning on going 10 but my stomach was hurting pretty bad this whole run. I'm not really sure why but I need to go back and read my food logs to see what has worked in the past and make sure I'm still following it.

Today was tough. It wasn't the pace, but it was the second day that my stomach was really bothering me. The first 2 miles were really hard and in the middle it subsided a little. It was still there but not as bad. Then the last 2 got really hard again and I was really glad when I was done. I think I am not eating enough or drinking enough right now. I need to bump that back up as my mileage is going back up. This reminds me of the runs at the beginning of this semester where I was feeling off, and I think the answer is just better nutrition. My thighs were also pretty sore today but I'm not worried about that it's just my first week back up. I'm rolling them out as well.

The last 2 or 3 miles were quicker but it felt good. Today's run was a good reminder that I am in good shape and I just need to make sure I am eating and drinking right so my stomach and energy is feeling good when it's time to run. My thighs were pretty sore again today but I rolled them out good after the run. As of Sunday as I am typing this they feel pretty good and I think my legs are just reaccustoming themselves to the 60 mile weeks.
