| | I felt good on this run as well. Early morning and legs were good.

| | Thighs were sore today. But a good run. I never bring my watch on distance runs anymore and its getting very easy to to just stay in the moment which I think is helping my mental game.

| | I was planning on going 10 but my stomach was hurting pretty bad this whole run. I'm not really sure why but I need to go back and read my food logs to see what has worked in the past and make sure I'm still following it.

| | Today was tough. It wasn't the pace, but it was the second day that my stomach was really bothering me. The first 2 miles were really hard and in the middle it subsided a little. It was still there but not as bad. Then the last 2 got really hard again and I was really glad when I was done. I think I am not eating enough or drinking enough right now. I need to bump that back up as my mileage is going back up. This reminds me of the runs at the beginning of this semester where I was feeling off, and I think the answer is just better nutrition. My thighs were also pretty sore today but I'm not worried about that it's just my first week back up. I'm rolling them out as well.

| | The last 2 or 3 miles were quicker but it felt good. Today's run was a good reminder that I am in good shape and I just need to make sure I am eating and drinking right so my stomach and energy is feeling good when it's time to run. My thighs were pretty sore again today but I rolled them out good after the run. As of Sunday as I am typing this they feel pretty good and I think my legs are just reaccustoming themselves to the 60 mile weeks.

| | The legs felt great today after a day off. Days like today are just a reminder I'm in good shape. My breathing has been great the last few runs as well which is encouraging.

| | My thighs were sore from yesterday. The runs aren't too hard but my legs still find a way to be sore after them. I need to start using the normatec again because that helped a lot when I was using it.

| | I felt good. I have had a hard time sleeping the last few nights but my energy seems to be there during the runs so that's good. Used the Normatec after which was good as well.

| | No watch, I had used the normatec yesterday and my legs felt like they had some bounce to them today which felt nice.

| | With Justin, breathing felt a little less good today but nothing crazy bad. It has felt a lot stronger overall since I started my buildup so it was honestly just a reminder of how I am getting stronger.

| | With Isaiah, we started in the canyon and ran to his house on the Provo river trail. I haven't slept good lately but my body is surprisingly still responding well, but I need to get it figured out.

| | 4 mile warm up to Timpview.
5:01 and 4:58 for the 2 1 mile pushes, I ran a half mile in between them.
5.5 mile cool down for 12 total.

Very slow, I wanted to make sure I didn't get tired at all. Avg mile was right around 8 mins. We'll see how my body responds tomorrow.
