| | This run was bad. I felt fine before the run but as soon as it started I could tell something was up with my stomach. I felt like I fatigued pretty easily too and by 4 miles I was feeling really out of it. I turned around at 4 and the way back was really slow. I got back feeling pretty dehydrated and drank a lot of water but I didn't quite space it out enough and I felt pretty off the rest of the day.

| | I left my watch in Justin's car so I mapped it out afterwards as best as I could. I warmed up for the workout with the team and ended up just running the warm up loop 3 more times, then ran back to my apartment from there after I got tested. I felt good the first 3 miles and then felt like I was fatiguing more easily and took it slow.

| | Today I felt worse than yesterday, and I couldn't sleep at all on Friday night, I probably got 2 or 3 hours even though I was trying. I texted Paul to keep him updated and ended up not running because my body just wasn't there.

| | 7:27 pace. Today felt fine. avg hr 159. I did hit a wall today at about 2 pm. I feel like I feel pretty back to normal on the runs but when I'm done running I realize it may have taken a little more out of me than I expected it to

| | 7:43 average mile. Not sure if the heart rate is right because it says 169 avg but I wasn't pushing the pace at all. Very relaxed.

| | 7:21 pace, 155 hr. Today felt fine as well. Similar to yesterday in that I didn't feel crazy good but didn't feel bad either.

| | Saturday workout. Mile splits were 5:12, 5:10, 5:33 and then ended at 3.6ish miles. Honestly the first mile I felt great. It started hurting gradually more throughout the second mile and by the 2 mile mark I was feeling it pretty good. I feel like my endurance is there but my strength isn't.I think it will come with more workouts. It did feel good to open up and now I can focus on small improvements every day/week. Today was very motivating for me.
I will start putting my heart rate on in the morning on next weeks logs.

| | Today was another rough afternoon run. My stomach was feeling off and I could tell as soon as we started moving on the warm up exercises. I just felt pretty out of it and low on energy on the run and around 7 miles it was just trying to hang on and finish. Today honestly felt like a workout mentally wise in terms of staying in the moment. I definitely need to fuel differently because something's not working. 7:29 pace, 161 avg hr.

| | Morning workout. 2 mile warm up. Stomach was great! It was hills so I was happy for it. As weird as it sounds today was easier than yesterday. I felt less tired after today than I did yesterday. I know it wasn't anything crazy fast but it felt great to hang with all the guys on the team today in a faster effort and it got me excited. Cooled down until I hit 10.

| | 7:23 pace, today was another tough afternoon run. I start of feeling fine and my stomach starts hurting more as the run goes on and the last few miles get real hard. I am meeting with Natalie (the nutritionist at USU) on Friday so hopefully that will help.

| | The first 5 or 6 miles today I actually felt a lot like my normal self. After that it got a little tough again but I think it was a good sign. I tried eating more before the run today and that was a good move.

| | Workout at Mantua. My first mile was a 4:49 and it basically crashed a little after that. Today was honestly pretty discouraging. My summer 10k was a lot better than that and I know I am more fit now than I was then. I just feel like there are a few things that are off and I haven't fully felt like myself lately. The meeting with Natalie was good today and I learned some things from that that should help.

| | 7:10 pace. My legs were tired but they could still open up. Today my stomach felt a little off again but nothing big because it was in the morning.

Forgot my watch so not sure on the pace, but I felt actually pretty good during this afternoon run. The last mile or two got hard but comparatively, much better than the last weeks runs have been.

| | 1k repeats!
2:48, 2:59, 3:00, (rest rep), 3:02, 2:58, 3:01, 2:59. This was definitely the best workout I have strung together since I've been home. I just hopped into the front because I felt more energy being up there and tried to really stay in the moment. The last 2 reps they all picked it up to like 2;50-2:45ish and I couldn't hang at all but I am glad my splits didn't blow up at the end! Some of these runs have been frustrating with how I"m feeling but today I felt very good and it was a good gift from God!

| | 7:22 pace. I felt good, the run was a little hard but it was only hard because I was tired (not because I was feeling off)

Today was tough! I didn't feel as good energy wise but my stomach was good and I felt like I stayed in the moment and hung on as long and as best as I could! This week has been far more encouraging than the last few weeks and I feel like I got 1 percent better today.

| | No idea on the pace because my watch died. Guessing around a 7:30 or 7:40. My legs are tired!

| | Today felt good. The afternoon runs are getting better, I'm feeling a lot more like myself on them for the most part.

| | The workout felt good. Honestly it was too short and too much recovery to really start to feel winded. But next time there is a workout like that I will try to run it like it is a pace I am holding for a whole race rather than just "getting through the rep."
2;25, 2:24, 2:26, 2:25, 2:27, 2:24

| | 7:57 pace. My legs were actually pretty sore today and I was surprised because yesterday didn't feel very hard. I did an ice bath which was good.
