| | With Spencer down to the lake, 7:35 pace. Would've guessed it was faster given the effort but it was still good

| | With Branson, very slow around 8:15 pace. Kept this run short to be sure I could get in 10 or 11miles for the long run and hit 50 this week.

| | With Braden, 8:02 pace. It was a trail run up by the water tower, we did a loop and it was really tough. First 4 miles were very uphill, and the next 4 were downhill but it was pretty steep and rocky so I couldn't really open up. 160 avg hr but honestly today was a pretty tough run. The loop was longer than I thought it would be

| | On the provo river trail. 7:08 avg pace, the first 5 miles were steady, did a few strides in the middle and the opened up a little on the way down. 166 avg hr. My legs aren't feeling overly sore or heavy but overall my energy is still a bit low from after last week.

| | By myself, at around 11 am. I didn't bring my watch on this one, guessing the pace was around a 7:30 pace.

| | 6:54 pace, 163 avg hr. Today was hard, ran with the UVU guys and it was at 9 am so it got hot.

| | With Braden, this was definitely a tough it out run. The legs weren't super heavy but my energy was depleted from this week. My average pace was a 7:26 and it actually said my avg hr was a 139 not sure if that's right but unlike most of my runs this week I did this one early in the morning so it wasn't hot at all.

| | 2 mile warm up and 4.5 mile cool down. my legs felt great before the race. My splits were 5:30, 5:34, 5:33, 5:36, 6:08, 6:01. Felt good through the first 2 miles but the hardest part of this race was just that I hadn't raced in so long it was hard for me to understand how I should be feeling at certain parts of the race, I thought I was pacing it well but once I hit 4 miles it got real tough. I'm happy with it though, at least I did beat my time from when I ran this the summer before my senior year.

| | Really slow today. This run actually made me feel a little better about yesterday because my legs were so tired and sore so I know I gave a great effort. Feeling more excited and more motivated

| | First 4.5 were with Spencer and Trent, last 3.2 was on my own. Legs felt not sore, but tired, from yesterday's run.
