| | It was a little longer than I planned for. I ran with Alex and we averaged a 7:05 pace. This run felt good. My breathing felt controlled and steady and my legs felt relaxed. Followed with 8 min of core.

| | I wanted to run a mile just to see what I could do. 1 mile warm up 1 mile cool down. I ran a 5:03. 2:30 through 800. I was trying so hard to pick it up the second half but it just wasn't there. It was fun though.

| | 7:11 pace, this run was hard because we were fasting but it was fun.

| | With Isaiah, and Joe Benson and his dad. It was actually not too hard of a run because the pace wasn't too hot (7:40 avg) but definitely further than I should have ran.

| | With Branson, 7:32 pace. This run was alright, it wasn't overly difficult but it felt hard to get into a rythmn and my breathing felt off today. 8 min of core afterwards.

| | Ran solo today, 7:08 pace, this one at least felt better than yesterday did, but my breathing still felt a little off. The last 2 working nights I have done the dishes there and I think some of the strong chemicals have been affecting my throat and breathing a bit (I have asthma) so I will see if I can rearrange my duties at work.

| | Today didn't feel the best on my legs or lungs. I did some strides after to open up more and that felt good. Followed with 8 min of core. I did talk to my boss so the dishes shouldn't be a problem anymore. 7:02 pace avg

| | With Branson, it felt a little pushed so I was surprised that our avg mile was only a 7:50. I have been feeling a bit off so I am going to the doctor on Monday.

| | No run today or Saturday. I have a sinus infection but got some medication for it so I should start feeling better in a few days.

| | This was with Braden and Asa. I did it wrong on my watch and cut it into two runs, so I think combined our average pace for the whole run was around 7:25-7:30 pace. Defnitely feeling better from last week.

| | 8:27 average pace. I wasn't paying much attention to the pace, was just running with a heart rate monitor and wanted ot keep it around a 150. It felt very slow haha. I want to get a new watch with a heart rate monitor but I need to study more to find out what heart rates I want to be at for different types of runs.
