It was a little longer than I planned for. I ran with Alex and we averaged a 7:05 pace. This run felt good. My breathing felt controlled and steady and my legs felt relaxed. Followed with 8 min of core.
I wanted to run a mile just to see what I could do. 1 mile warm up 1 mile cool down. I ran a 5:03. 2:30 through 800. I was trying so hard to pick it up the second half but it just wasn't there. It was fun though.
